Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vitricio, a digital storefront opening-hours and signage display service operated by Zakaryae Alaoui (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are of legal age and, where applicable, have authority to bind your organisation.

Vitricio lets you display your shop's opening hours and short notices on a tablet or screen placed in your storefront, and update them from the admin portal.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping); reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service; or circumvent technical limits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the content you enter (shop name, hours, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

4. Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. The service is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing frequency (monthly or annual) until cancelled.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment card. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep the storefront display accessible.

6. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Seller's place of establishment. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
